WHY TOWNSHIP TEN TECHNOLOGIES?

Township Ten Technologies was founded in Lincoln, Nebraska in 2023 by real estate professional James Herrold. James is a strong advocate of home ownership. He believes it is the best way for the average person to secure financial stability. He is also a proponent of real estate investors. In James’ mind, real estate investing is one of the best ways to build wealth individually and generationally.

 

Early on in his real estate career, James recognized a significant gap in technology available to real estate professionals - especially agents and brokers. Inefficient practices make for longer work hours and more stressful work environments for those in the business. Unfortunately, this often means higher costs to those who hire agents to help them buy and sell homes. 

 

James understood bringing innovative technology to the real estate business world would make agents and brokers more efficient and more professional. By making real estate professionals more efficient, costs can go down. In turn, the costs of buying and selling homes and investment properties for the average person would also go down, making it easier for both homeowners to gain financial stability and for investors to build wealth. 

 

With that in mind, Township Ten Technologies was born. That name was chosen to pay homage to the founding location: the portion of Lincoln, Nebraska which sits in Township Ten. As a new company, our goals are to operate creatively, to listen with open minds to the needs of real estate professionals, and to make affordable products which help real estate professionals help more people become homeowners and real estate investors.
